MMI History Russian Expatriate communities

Ruslan Kulitsky graduated from the Institute in 1988, and his first tour of duty was in the Russian Far East. He stayed there, in the Township of Yakovlevka, Vladivostok Region, until 1990. In 1990 he retired from the service as senior (first) lieutenant.

After his retirement from service he worked with various businesses in the City of Vladivostok, and then in the Ukraine.

He relocated to the Netherlands in 1994. In 1995-1999 he attended the Higher Economic School in Amsterdam where he studied economics. He earned his Bachelor’s in Economics in 1999. He started his work with CPH (multinational trade company) before graduation, and after getting his degree he (in 2000) he was promoted to financial manager.
